「The Palazzo is a beautiful building, it is well decorated with art and uniqueness all around. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, great choices and services. We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days. We also had dinner at their rooftop, very nice food and ambient. They gave us a very nice Puglia Rose as a VIP gift. 」

Le propriétaire Marco est très sympathique et donne de bons conseils de visite Mention très particulière pour Luciana qui s’est occupée de nous pensant notre séjour de 4 nuits ! Elle est aux petits soins et ne sait pas quoi faire pour être agréable ! "イタリア人あるある。フロントスタッフが、こちらが遠慮したにもかかわらず駅まで送ると約束したのに当日はけろりと忘れたらしく、何のフォローも無かった。他が良かっただけに最後の最後でとても残念な気持ちになった。"
