"Fantastic, very service minded and professional staff. Great breakfast and fantastic rooms."

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"This apartment is in the perfect location! -A supermarket directly across the street and cafes, restaurants and shops right around the corner. The sea as well! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was perfect for eating or just hanging out. Otranto is a special place and our experience was made extraordinary by staying here. "Ho alloggiato su questo appartamento una settimana devo dire che è la prima volta che vado in vacanza e non devo mettermi a pulire , trovato tutto in ordine pulito cucina dotato di tutto il necessario compreso di detersivo disinfettante tutte piccole cose che fanno la differenza.Posto tranquillo vicino a supermercati distanza dal mare circa 400 m non c’è sabbia ma scogliera vicino anche a spiagge molte belle . Piscina in comune agli altri appartamenti bella e comoda se non si vuole stare tutto...

"We felt very much at home in this little stone house, it has plenty of space for our family of 3. The location is great for the sandy beaches on the Ionian coast but also the rocky Adriatic coast is easy reachable within 1h. The town has plenty of restaurants which are in walking distance from the house. Tiziano and his family were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We had a good time immersing in Italian culture and would recommend the house to anyone wanting a simple and comfortable...

"Initially we were disappointed as there were only 3 bedrooms in the villa. The 4th bedroom is in the garden 50 metres from the nearest entrance to the villa with no toilet.We had a very good holiday as we visited nearby towns and villages, walked along the coast and relaxed in the beautiful garden."

"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"Our room was very clean and unique. The air conditioning was excellent. Gianluca, our host /owner was very informative and attentive to our needs. He recommended excellent nearby restaurants and he made reservations for our first evening having just arrived. His sisters made us a delicious and sustainable breakfast every morning with fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, a selection of pastries and breads, eggs and a selection of meats and cheeses and cappuccinos . It was an enjoyable, restful stay. I should mention it was a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the old town where the sites, shopping and other eateries are located. Very safe area!!!!"
