For shared use: well-kept garden 12 ha (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool (15 x 6 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 04.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Roofed, parking on the premises. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Kitchenette (mini-oven, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Gas heating. Natural stone floors. Terrace furniture, barbecue. View of the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: safe, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Lob und Kritik

Die Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und idyllisch. Die Ferienwohnung ist allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad und hier insbesonders die Dusche sind renovierungsbedürftig. Auch die Küchenzeile ist veraltet; es fehlt ein Geschirrspüler. Und in der ganzen Wohnung eine Klimaanlage.
