「Wir haben eine Woche in Tarbert verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig und sauber. Es sind 4 Bäder vorhanden, allerdings nur zwei Duschen. Die Unterkunft liegt ca.6km entfernt von Tarbert- dort findet man alles was man benötigt. Supermarkt, Restaurants und eine Apotheke. Das Haus lädt zum Verweilen ein ,wenn sie die Natur lieben,gerne lesen und die Ruhe mögen sind sie hier richtig. Ausflugsziele Empfehlungen West Port Beach, Oban, Campeltown, Isle of Arran. 「Melfort Village is terrific. Beautiful setting and marvellous accommodation. There is a pool, tennis court, putting green, restaurant /bar (great food)and lots of space. The staff are great, enthusiastic and helpful.Walks in the nearby hills or to the lochs. The Village is well placed for access to the magnificent nearby scenery (but do not follow the receptionist recommendation as to how to get to the falls - the road is a nightmare and there is a longer but better way!). 「The setting is idyllic in lovely peaceful surroundings, nature all around. The cottage is large, airy and bright and everything you could need was provided. Although quite a distance from Oban, the main road was pretty quiet and a pleasant drive. The pool was an added bonus, but the sauna wasn't working. We were there on the hottest weekend of the year, so didn't need the sauna.」

「An excellent discovery of the Melfort Village. Our cottage was perfect in every way. Clean and very cosy with all the essentials. The location is really good as if is slightly raised over the village and the view from the main area and master bedroom is stunning. You can see over the villages and through the lake. Our kids were very happy to play in front of the house too. We have stayed in late October but otherwise the patio table would be a perfect place to have your morning coffee ☕️ ! There...

「We extended our stay in Melfort village and were rewarded with beautiful weather. Upper Cooperage is a lovely comfortable apartment which now has an ensuite shower room as well as main bathroom. Everything we need is provided and the village is so peaceful and relaxing. All the staff are welcoming & helpful & the Monday music night was great fun. Recommend a stay here.」

「We visited for Mums birthday in March there were 4 of us plus one dog. The accommodation was lovely and comfortable and not too far from the main buildings. I visited the pool two mornings and really enjoyed the facilities. It is a great base for exploring the West of Scotland with some beautiful scenery . We had a takeaway from the restaurant and it was delicious and well worth a try.」
