THE SPACE

In the main house facing Sherman Ave., there are 3 bedrooms (including 2 suites) and 3 bathrooms. The main house features the fully stocked kitchen, dining area that can seat 6 - 10, 2 living room areas, and 2 outdoor patios (1 featuring a gas fire pit).

In between the main house & garage, there is a private courtyard/patio area featuring the hot tub, BBQ grill (w/ propane), and outdoor table that seats up to 4.

There is an enclosed loft area above the 2-car garage that features an open bedroom with 3 double mattresses, a couch & TV area, a bathroom & wet bar.

GUEST ACCESS

You will enter through the garage in the back alley. Can comfortably park 2 full-sized vehicles in this garage. Additional street parking available on Sherman Avenue.

To access the main house: you will walk through the courtyard by the hot tub after entering the garage.

To access garage/loft: You will take the stairs to the right after entering the garage area.

THINGS TO NOTE

A physical key is left inside the main house at check in for you to enter/exit the home to Sherman Ave (front of home). There is a $250 fine if the key is not left at check out.

Main entry point at check in/check out is through back alley.
