Downtown Studio #9 Food Truck Pavilion Next Door!

Enjoy a fun, convenient stay in our studio apartment, perfect for 1-2 guests. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in (2:00 PM) or late check-out (12:00 PM) is available for $25 each; please request in advance. Your door code arrives the morning of your stay for easy, keyless entry.



Inside, you`ll find free high-speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable queen bed, a large TV, and thoughtful touches like USB chargers and a white noise machine. The kitchenette has a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and all the dishes you need for simple meals. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.



Parking is easy: our small on-site lot is first-come, first-served, and there`s plenty of free street parking in the neighborhood next door.



You`re in a prime spot! Walk to bars and restaurants, grab essentials at the mini mart across the street, or enjoy food trucks next door. We`re close to Coeur d’Alene Lake, trails, shopping, and events. Dogs are welcome for a $50 fee (no cats).

It was a quick trip to CDA and this location was perfectly situated and a nice place to sleep

We the Flats to be very nice and clean. Parking is a little tight for a pickup. Especially if all are full. Overall a great experience

Overall the property was great and the owner provided lots of information and communication. We never did respond or reach out but I'm sure that if we did have any issues or requests, that they would have done their best to help us. Only complaint is the lack of hair dryer and coffeee maker, as noted in the listing - it also says the property is located within a resort and I think that is a bit of a stretch of the imagination.
