    BOOKING TIP: Discounts are automatically applied for stays 7 nights or longer. The longer you stay, the bigger the discount!

    Starting on Monday July 13th, 6 the building will begin applying rooftop coatings on the carports. They will tape off sections as work progresses. We ask visitors and owners to park in the front parking area or along the back fence to ensure vehicles are protected. There is a decent amount of visitor parking at Cocoa Beach Towers. They will also be grinding and painting the curbs. The building expects the work to last 2-3 weeks.

Ocean view . Great location, close to everything. Was able to view Artemis 2 launch off of cocoa beach.Beds are comfortable, tvs are nice, high speed internet. Pool is clean and good temp.Place is a bit outdated , but had everything we need for a comfortable stay

The place was outstanding with plenty of things to do close by. We found many local restaurants and very close to a grocery store. The condo was very nice with plenty of beach accessories. The condo had what we needed for plates and kitchen items.

Fantastic views!

The views were great! We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. We got to see 2 SpaceX launches while we were there so our son was beyond excited.

The place was perfect for families. You don't have to bring chairs and umbrellas or floats. They have it. I wish the pier allowed fishing, but it was still a wonderful trip.

Excellent Vacation

Cocoa Beach Towers is a great place to stay! We've stayed there many times. The property manager was great! Great communication and when we had a minor issue it was resolved immediately. There was construction going on next door, unbeknownst to the property manager. He was very apologetic. Would highly recommend!

We spent a week here in October for fall break with our family. This was our first time staying on the Space Coast and we were able to find plenty to do— biplane ride, airboat ride, Kennedy Space Center, kayaking, renting jet skis, and plenty of time in the sun & on the beach. The condo was well stocked with the beach items we needed & the washer/dryer was a plus. We booked directly and saved some service fees. Communication was great. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Sisters beach vacay

My three sisters and I gathered from across the country to spend a week together at the beach. The location was fantastic! We spent most of our time poolside.. although I did head out for an early morning walk on the beach every day and took dips in the ocean every day. Had a wonderful day at the Kennedy Space Center and were able to see a Space X launch at 1 am from the walkway to the beach. We all took turns preparing dinner and found everything we needed at the condo. I reached out to Zareh with a couple questions and he responded very promptly. We are already planning a return trip for next year!

Completely satisfied with our stay

This was our first time going to Cocoa Beach and we were very happy with this condo. The property was very clean and well maintained inside and out. Our beach area was perfect and not overly crowded. It was great to be walking distance to the pier. We didn’t use the pool or tennis courts but if we’d been there longer I’m sure we would have. I had contact with property manager a couple of times and he was very prompt and courteous getting back with me. We had a great view of a rocket launch while we were there. We didn’t plan for that so it was an added bonus to our trip!

Cocoa Beach vacation

Bedroom 2: Needs new beds as the 2 queen mattresses were sitting on full size frames. No dresser, no hooks to hand clothes. Place needs painting. Bathrooms need upgrades and the fans didn’t work so mold an issue. Washer @ Dryer was a joke too small to noisy. Can’t use both at the same time. Kitchen needs more equipment like hand mixer, new utensils. The heater was broken on the heated pool. Location good. Great beach access. Great views of the ocean. Nice decks.

Nicely cleaned but the fridge could be updated. Plenty of expendables were supplied - trash bags, coffee filters, coffee, paper towels, and TP. Really nice view from the lanai - pool and beach, etc. Overall, the price was reasonable.

We had a great experience using Happy Palm Stays for our recent trip to Cocoa Beach over Christmas. Zareh responded quickly to any questions and sent very clear check in instructions along with a great area guide listing restaurants, shops and things to do in the area. We stayed at Cocoa Beach Towers four nights and appreciated how comfortable and well stocked the condo was. It was close to everything. Would have liked for the pool to be open later, but we can appreciate why they close at 6pm. We just went to the beach instead. It was very peaceful. Residents live here and there are rules, so this is not the condo for you if you are looking to party all night. We appreciated the quietness and loved being right on the beach so we could see the sunrise every morning.
