The space

An open-concept living area that seamlessly flows from the living room to the fully equipped kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa and armchair, perfect for lounging after a day of sun and sand. The large flat-screen TVs with cable and streaming services provide ample entertainment options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks during your stay, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker.

The bedroom is a cozy and inviting space, furnished with two comfortable full-sized beds and quality bedding that ensures a peaceful night's sleep. The room also features a spacious walk-in closet and a large window with peak-a-boo views of the ocean. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the shore!

The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, featuring a rain shower/tub combo and fresh towels.

Step outside onto the balcony and you will be greeted by the breathtaking views of the ocean, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise.

The condo complex offers a range of amenities for your convenience. This includes coin laundry facilities, a large ocean-side community patio with gas grills and picnic tables, an outdoor showering area, free onsite parking, and private beach access.

Other things to note

-There are several improvements taking place to the building and surrounding area. There are no structural or safety issues but you will see repairs being made to the exterior along with new construction next door. Please take this into consideration before booking.

-We follow Airbnb's five-step enhanced cleaning process!

-The condominium complex caters to retirees and families. Parties and gatherings are not allowed.

-Smoking is not allowed in the unit, the doorway, or near any other unit's door and/or windows. Smoking is not allowed in the shared patio, laundry areas or walkways around the building.

-There is an on-site property manager who is available during normal business hours.

-HOA rules state no pets. No exceptions.
