Sandcastles 403 is proudly managed by 'Happy Palm Stays', the top vacation rental manager on the Space & Treasure Coasts!

Unit 403 is a beautiful condo that is perfect for a peaceful & relaxing getaway, or for a fun filled family vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen leads to a spacious dining room and comfortable living room. The balcony has a great view of the ocean from the 4th floor (north facing). The roomy master bedroom has a flatscreen TV, a walk in closet, and an ensuite. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a closet and a TV. The unit also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a closet filled with beach chairs and toys for your use.

* TV's in the living room and both bedrooms
* Free wifi and parking
* Washer and Dryer IN the unit (separate laundry room)
* Linens/towels/cutlery/dishes/ all there, * Air mattress available for additional sleeping space

* Heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, direct beach access,
* Beautiful view of ocean (north facing) and the Shuttle Launch pads

Additional Information;
Discounts are automatically applied for stays of 7 nights or more! The longer you stay, the bigger the discount!
Pet Policy: Maximum 1 cat or dog up to 30 lbs. No dangerous dog breeds are allowed. Condo Association and on-site manager strictly enforces rules and weight limit.
Please note there is a large hotel complex being built next door to Sandcastles. The work is Monday - Saturday 8am-5pm

There was more than expected in the kitchen although the coffee pot did not work. There was a kureig so I bought some k cups. The room itself was good and clean. The construction next door wasn’t pretty but we had a great stay.

We had a great week-long stay in Cocoa Beach, and the condo worked well for our group of 5. It is well-stocked for spending the day at the beach (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, etc.), and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals. While not directly facing the beach, the balcony has a nice view of the ocean/beach and is a nice place to start off the morning with a cup of coffee. We enjoyed our visit, the communication was great, and we would happily rent again in the future.

The condo was roomy enough for our family of 6, and with a fully stocked kitchen it made meal times easy. We loved being so close to the beach and the kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub.

This was a great place to stay! Plenty of room. The condo was quiet. Loved being able to be on the small patio watching and listening to the waves. It had everything we needed. Close to the beach and close to anything you could need. Would absolutely stay here again! After I booked my initial dates, I needed to change it. I emailed and they got the dates switched for me right away. I also got emails throughout my stay making sure everything was going well. Would recommend staying here!

False advertisement

The condo was really nice and the room set up was great. The only thing I would have liked was to know that the construction started way before 8. It was advertised as 8-5 and the construction never started at 8. It was always way before 8. Had we known we would be woke up at 5 something every morning with the construction we would have stayed somewhere else. Yes the rates were cheaper bc of the construction but the rates were not low enough to be woken up at 5 something everyday.

Great Stay

We are very familiar with Cocoa Beach and the location was right in the middle of everything. Unit was spacious and clean. We were able to cook all of our meals and hang out comfortably with our family.

Fantastic place to stay! Pool and Hot tub on-site and ocean right there. Didn’t need to bring anything but sunscreen as the condo had everything you could possibly need including sand toys!

Clean, comfy, and perfectly located to beach, restaurants, and shopping(2 teen girls😀). Well supplied kitchen, 2 full baths and beautiful sunrises from balcony. We alternated between beach and pool several times a day. Weather HOT, waves were fun with the supplied boogie boards!! Felt safe and secure, had very good instructions before we arrived and contact with manager during stay. We lacked for nothing during our stay, just enjoyed our time there!!! Thank you
