But the thing that will bring us back was the 5 star service. We had everything we needed and way more. From the concierge, Heidy, who was in constant communication day or night, to Chef Ernesto and his sous chef, Modesto, who kept us fed with three excellent meals every day, to Mike and Jazz, who were ready to jump in the boat at a moment's notice, to Rod who tied everything together with perfect drinks and great conversation. "The food at the resort restaurant (The Paddle House) was good, but overpriced in my opinion. That said, everything else about the resort was excellent - staff were first-rate, my particular room (Sandia) was incredible, the resort spaces (including the beach itself) were impeccable, the snorkelling trip the resort organized was great, and I even saw a manatee one morning out on the ocean on my own while using one of the complementary kayaks the resort had available. I would absolutely stay here again."
