"Place is nice with clean rooms and amenities. It is close to what we wanted to do and quiet when we wanted. The only issue was at check in. There was a resort fee that was not mentioned in the listing. Then before they would give us our keys they wanted to schedule a sales presentation. They would ask questions but didn't seem to understand the word no. We had dinner reservations and needed to get checked in, unpack, and go. We were late for our dinner reservations. "Staff that was cleaning and doing renovations was kind of nosey. When we left to go to lunch before i left for work one of them was pretending to be cleaning in the hall but we could tell he had been listening at the door. My company felt very uncomfortable as we left to eat lunch and did not return to the room until I got off saying the men made her feel weird and unsafe. As for the front desk staff they was very professional and got us checked in and out without any issues."

"I really liked the pool area it was divided into sections 2 ft, 3 ft, and 4 ft plus a kiddie pool. My 5 year old granddaughter was comfortable to play without us feeling she would step in area over her head. There were 2 play grounds that I seen plus extra activities. Our room was located on the second floor several steps to climb which I did not see in the description. That is really my only complaint. The room was very nice and clean with lots of room. Bed was very comfortable."

"Great hotel. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff and there seemed to always be someone cleaning the lobby. The free breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold offerings (baked goods, make your own waffle, cereals, etc) and a different egg, meat and potato dish each day. The room was spacious and comfortable and had body wash, shampoo, moisturizer, which I appreciated because I forgot to pack my body wash! Nice indoor pool and small gym. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and stay here again."

"Loved the property but it’s a time share property and we couldn’t get our keys to our room without talking to someone. We were not interested and were in a rush to check in and head out. Didn’t like the fact we had to explain ourselves to get our keys and NOT feel pressured to sit and listen to a presentation. We also didn’t know we couldn’t get fresh towels that we had to wash our own due to having laundry facilities inside our room. We really only slept there and were busy out and about, not sure why it would cost $12 to get fresh towels. Would be nice to know ahead of time."

"We had a lovely weekend stay at the Inn at Warner Hall. The estate and grounds are beautiful, right on the river; service was exceptional, dinner and breakfast were very good, everything was immaculately clean with luxurious amenities in our room. Upon arrival, there were chocolate covered peanuts from a local peanut company in our room, stainless steel water bottles for us to keep, and luxury bath/body products for our use. Coffee service was delivered to our room each morning at the time of our choosing, which we enjoyed each morning on the upstairs porch. Such a serene experience. We definitely felt pampered during our stay and can't wait to visit again in the future."
