"Property is amazing and private. The beach access is great as well as the surf. WiFi was fast and much needed since the areas cell signal is abysmal. Roy was great with the check in process and making sure we were updated prior to arriving. Heads up, make sure you’ve got WhatsApp installed prior to arriving. Seems to be the best means of communication with the property. Plenty of restaurants and bodegas within walking distance. We’ll definitely stay again when we return to Santa Teresa."

After touring the town, we were very happy with the location for the proximity to great restaurants, a local convenience store and a little less crowded beach than some of the spots to the north. Our concierge was very helpful and responsive with anything we needed and the villa itself was great...just as the pictures show. Wishing we were still there!"
