I do did not realize there was absolutely zero food options for this place. Although they did offer breakfast, it was white bread processed meat and processed cheese. Not in a convenient location, but the hotel is nice no food and no walking options are the biggest drawback here.

We loved it. It was so private and remote. Loved that we came on an off season with nobody there but us. Really enjoyed using our pool amidst the jungle atmosphere. It felt like a dream. A nice getaway from the hustle of the city. Breakfast was a little meagre but could easily be ignored, our beautiful suit made up for it tenfold. Almost a perfect five. Martha

This place is a hidden gem. I booked three rooms: one regular room with 2 queens, one room with private pool, and one with a private hot tub. That were all fantastic, the staff were so cheerful and helpful, and the property is intimate and breathtakingly beautiful.

Beautiful property, landscape is gorgeous, definitely a jungle feel, located central to many tourist attractions, staff was very helpful helping plan our excursions, so don’t be afraid to ask. We loved dunking into our private pool after a hot day of visiting the ruins. Also loved that they a a Starbucks on site

This place is great stay! The ambiance is jungle. It's a few minutes down the road from the main town so it is so quiet yet accessible by bike or car(they have bikes).There are only a few units so there is always space by the pool. The staff were all amazing. If you like Starbucks, they have it onsite morning and afternoon. The Continental breakfast was adequate to hold you over until you get somewhere for a meal. The rooms are beautiful. Better than expected. I definitely plan on going back to this beautiful find.

Située juste avant Cobá, cette maison en pleine jungle est un lieu magnifique. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, avec une douche immense. Nous avons choisi celle avec la baignoire extérieure : prendre un bain en pleine jungle, j’adore ! La piscine est très agréable et le petit-déjeuner est au top. Je recommande sans hésiter — réservez vite, vous allez adorer !

La habitación estababa perfecta!! LÁSTIMA QUE TIENE CUCARACHAS! Que horrible se me metieron en mi comida!, Estaban en la puerta del baño en la regadera, esa plaga en la madera !! Es horrible .. no dormí ahí pedí mi cancelación salí en el instante que vi la plaga nociva, no podía dormir ahí pensando que toda esa plaga se me meta a la boca o camine arriba de mí mientras duermo!! It is a lovely place that is nestled in the jungle. The pool was great. The vibe was great. The only thing was security seemed a little lax. The doors have very minimal locks and there was a massive window/sliding door in the bathroom with no way to cover it for privacy.

De plus lors de notre installation nous avions valise et sacs sans que l’homme d’accueil ne nous aide et marché trois mètres devant nous indifférent à notre charge. La piscine était sale.

- hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly, most speak English - the ambiance of hotel of gorgeous of you like jungle theme - parking is easy, hotel feels safe, Starbucks on property - Coba town is less than 5 min drive with beautiful Myan pyramids - recommend this hotel if you want some accustom bustling of big towns, though recommend having a rental car so you can access food/attrections when needed

This place was great, quiet, clean, spacious. The staff was friendly and professional. The Starbucks was a nice option in a remote area. We would definitely stay again when we come back to Coba.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a good location, within walking distance or a short taxi ride to many things downtown. In particular we loved the terrace which was a great place to relax.

This property is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the owners seem to be letting it go a bit. It was disappointing to see that the bar and restaurant were closed and their bikes have been given away. This lack of amenities (except for a meager breakfast) was problematic for us since we came without a car, and it’s about 3km to town with no sidewalk/path. The staff were lovely and helpful, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here without a car until changes are made.

It was a beautiful oasis and very quiet. The food was delicious. The staff were wonderful. It was so easy to get around the Coba area for daytrips to various sites to visit.
