"Clean and tidy, great location for what we needed, rooms are a bit dated."

"Room was clean and convenient. There was no parking available. We arrived 5 minutes before check in time and we were told there was no parking available so when they say parking is limited believe them. I thought arriving before check in would be enough to get parking but this wasn't the case. I just found that compared to other places we've stayed in Sydney which were comparably priced or cheaper, the amenities were very limited."

"It was good but would have expected better. Firstly there was a problem seemingly caused by Expedia - we had booked for 2 adults and 1 child in a single room. But the Expedia confirmation only said 2 adults. Confusing and ended up resolving it at the hotel without too much hassle. Good service tbh. Acoustic separation between rooms was a problem. All nights we were there we were disturbed by our neighbour the other side of the locked interconnect door. 2 different neighbours (one very shouty person, one crying baby) Breakfast was very comprehensive in terms of plenty of options but all bad. Toast was good. Fruit was tasteless. Coffee mediocre. Omelette cooked to order was undercooked and inedible. Cooked breakfast was OK but much like you might expect at a more budget hotel - stuff sitting in metal containers for ages. Bed was really comfortable, the shower was excellent and the room clean which honestly are the main requirements of a hotel. So on the absolute basics it did really well."

"I like to stay at A by Adina whenever in Sydney - walking distance to most things, nice rooms and apartment style amenities. My last stay the washing machine didnt work and i needed to wash a shirt for meetings the next day. It was 11pm. The staff couldnt fix the machine then and there but offered to wash my shirt and have it delivered back by morning which they did. The dishwasher was also making an annoying beeping sound but staff solved that one as well. The only milding annoying feature of the room is its insistence on opening all the curtains automatically on entry into the room which you might not want when directly across from an office tower. The restaraunt at the top Dean and Nancy? makes nice steak and mixed leaf salad. Will stay there again in a few weeks. I go for the 1 bedroom units rather than studios."
