This was our first night in our UK trip and was arguably the best place we could stay to introduce us to this country. Our room was small but the stone walls and lovely decor made it feel simultaneously rustic and contemporary. The bathroom was well designed and had a wonderful shower that was just what we needed after 15 hours of travel. The bed was a dream, I haven’t slept that well in a long time. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I appreciated the don’t trust your sat nav signs...

Really enjoyed our room in the Castle View. Dining was a bit too formal for our tastes.

This was an amazing treat! Four sisters coming together from all sides of the globe to have a fun countryside experience! We booked the family suite and it was perfect! From the arrival glass of bubbles to the evening meal and audio house tour - amazing! Wish we had stayed longer!

Nice but older

The warm and inviting place to stay. Gavin, our host, was eager to make sure our stay was as nice as it could be and he was successful.

Can count on kind helpfulness to meet any needs.

Great location , we had a great stay.

This is a nice hotel in a peaceful rural setting. The rooms were nice & the staff were friendly. Highly recommend!

Lovely property in the heart of Betwys-y-Coed. Really easy walk to everything in the town and accessible trails nearby. Super friendly staff and great menu options both in the bar and at their on-site restaurant.

Great stay. Clean room and the bathroom. Quiet on the night I stayed. Would stay again as it's close to many attractions.

I will recommend this property to everyone for its staff being very friendly and convenient parking. It's near many eateries serving a few of the finest food in Wales! Don't forget to have a long walk down the street and mesmerize the nature beauty :)

Fabulous experience and wonderful friendly staff who went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed
