This is a rare property on the Sandlake estuary next to Whalen Park. Only minutes to the Sitka Sedge nature park and beach and Tierra Del mar! This is the perfect location for some peace and quiet yet just minutes to town! This home has epic views of wildlife. There are Bald Eagles, Golden Eagles, Cranes, Hummingbirds and even a family of Otters that come to visit.

The home is set up like duplex living with 2 separate areas with their own entrances, bedroom and bathroom. This is the perfect set up for couples traveling together or if you have older children.
