「重いトランクだったので3階まで上がるのが大変でした。 チェックアウトの日にミルフォードサウンドまでの日帰りツアーの予約がありチェックアウトができないと相談したら、「鍵はポストに。トランクは下に下げて保管しておきます」と言ってくれました。 重い荷物だったのに下げてくださり、とても助かりました。 広い部屋ではありませんが、寝るだけなら充分です。 ロフトに親が寝て、子供達は2段ベッドで寝ました。」

「ドミトリー側のシャワー、トイレに年期が入っていたが、個室のレジデンスのものは新しく、綺麗でお湯もスムーズに出ました。シャンプーはありませんでした。個室の入っているレジデンスはの扉と、共同の台所の扉の開閉が隣だったので大きく聞こえました。お部屋は新しく綺麗で気持ち良かったです。どのスタッフもにこやかな笑顔で挨拶してくれました。」

「The host and staff were incredibly friendly. The highlight of the hotel was the stunning lake view. Waking up to the serene beauty of the lake each morning was a real treat. Also there is a lovely garden with beautiful flowers, It was such a delight to enjoying tea or wine while soaking in the lake view. Although the hotel is a bit distant from downtown, it's only a 10-minute walk away. And if you prefer, taking an Uber is quite convenient and affordable, costing just NZ$9. 」

「Unfortunately we didn’t make it to Stoneridge as my husband got Covid on the morning we were due to fly to QT. The response we received regarding our booking was sympathetic but unhelpful as it’s premium accommodation we didn’t get to use. Watch out for cancellation policies as everyone on our trip was very accommodating. We won’t try and rebook another time.」

「This was my first-time visiting Queenstown, and this hotel was the perfect place to enjoy the scenic beauty of Queenstown. The Remarkables’ ridgeline was visible right in front of the hotel, and it was truly beautiful. To get to the hotel, we had to take a shuttle bus from the airport and then walk for about 10 minutes, but it was a pleasant walk. There are other hotels in Queenstown that are busier and closer to restaurants, but I think this hotel is the best for enjoying the magnificent...
