Hotel Cleveland, Autograph Collection
Easy check-in. The lady that checked us in was so helping. She let us know that we can us Tower City to walk through to the event we went to at Rocket Arena. I had no clue there was such a thing. The room was clean and had a great tv for my tv addicted husband. LOL.

Hyatt Regency Cleveland At The Arcade
This hotel was one of the most beautiful hotels I have seen & stayed at. All the staff were professional & friendly. The room I was in was clean, with a great Arcade view. Food & drinks were delicious, as well.

One of the most disgusting hotels we’ve ever stayed in! There were big white splotches on the sheets when we opened the bed. Cleanest hotel that I have stayed in in a long time. Everything was great, staff was fantastic! So helpful ! Both Gran and Go and Restaurant was very good and again, staff was awesome. Not only will I stay again but will definitely recommend!
