This awesome three-story house has got a cool modern vibe and comfy furniture. It's in a great spot right between Cleveland and Lakewood. You can hit up Edgewater Beach in just 5 minutes, downtown Cleveland in 10, and the airport in 15. Plus, there are tons of restaurants, bars, and shops less than a mile away. You also get free parking, easy keyless entry, super-fast wifi, and all the basics you need. Perfect for a bigger family or group of friends - including your pets!


The Space

The house has a spacious kitchen with plenty of countertop area, a convenient half bathroom, a formal dining room, and two living areas (one of them has smart TV but you can watch the TV from both areas) on the first floor. Ample free parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Guests are welcome to use both the front and back porches, though furniture for these areas is not provided. Upstairs, the second floor has three bedrooms, including two with queen-sized beds and one with one king-sized bed and queen sized bed, along with a full bathroom. The spacious third floor features two twin beds and a king-sized bed. Laundry machines are located in the basement.


Guest Access

The entry is keyless. Guests will use the backdoor to get in and you will be receiving a code within 48 hours of check-in. Guests will have access to the entire house and yard, along with 2 parking spaces in the driveway and laundry machines in the basement. Nearby houses are in close proximity, so please be considerate of neighboring properties.


Other things to note

The house has three floors with two sets of stairs: one leading to the upper floors and the other to the basement. Additionally, there are stairs to get into the home. There are no bedrooms on the 1st floor. Garage access is unavailable; parking is allowed in the driveway or on the street free of charge. Please note that between 3:30 pm and 4:30 pm on school days, access to the street where the house is located is restricted from Detroit Road. Instead, you will need to access the home from Franklin Blvd.
