「The the maid was not finished cleaning the room when we got there at 4 o’clock, which is check-in. When we got there, she just left. The floors were not cleaned and the surfaces were not cleaned so I did not feel that the room was sterile or clean. Also, the bed was very wrinkled as if she didn’t use fresh sheets.
