「Great location in April Sound Proper. Very comfortable bed. There is a wall AC unit but it kept us cool and we slept very well. Plenty of space for food items in the fridge. The kitchenette was nice but we didn't need it while we were there. I like the windows in the unit and it faced a green area I think along the golf course area. Host was very responsive. 」

「The host was fine. The unit was not as described. Here are all the issues. 1. Every time we left the property we ended up having to send a message to get back in because gate access kept expiring after 1 use. 2. There was minimal cooking essentials. No mixing bowl damaged small fying pans. 3. Water pressure was bad and most water for a shower was coming out of the tub spout. 4. 「Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied.
