「The property appears to be under construction/renovation. The room was nice, not worth the price though. Floor was dirty, more obvious bc its plank wood style so dirt sticks to your feet and socks. It was the friendliest staff member though, Faith or Faye. Very nice, a bucket of information in regard to the town, State of Ga too. Very helpful. Kind.」

「Clean room. Breakast NOT included with room. Breakfast buffet offered for $12.99 per person. Front desk person was unable to look up my member number while every other IHG hotel has no problem with that. I had t o call to get the number from customer service.」

「I was not real impressed. There are only two hotels In Glennville and I was told that this was the better one. It is very dated. The floor was not very clean. I had to wash my feet after walking on the floor barefoot. It is not a smoke free facility and it smelled heavily of smoke. It wasn’t listed as smoke free but it was strong. I wouldn’t stay again but it is a bed for the night. I would recommend staying at a hotel out of Glennville. 」

「Room was very dirty. Front desk was advised the morning of our second day but on return nothing had been resolved. The phone did not work so I could not call the front desk about the remote not working. I went to the desk and they gave me a new remote. The front desk girl did come up and wipe the shower down and clean the TV so we could actually see it but the room needed a deep clean. We will choose another hotel when we are in the area. 」

「The facility had obviously been updated not long ago. The bed was very comfortable. The room did have a strong smell probably from cleaning supplies. Unfortunately I woke up to multiple bugs crawling around the floor & walls. Front desk person was super nice & helpful!」

「Let's start with positives: The beds were comfortable. The fridge was cold. AC and heat worked fine.Now the negatives. We had a handicap room...beds are so high I had to buy a step stool for my husband to get up. No grab bars in the bathroom. No amenities like soap or shampoo. No mirror. After the first day, someone forgot to replace the towels. Chairs are beat up. Building is in rough shape, pool is filled in. Husband's wheelchair barely fit through the bathroom doorway. I was doing an art...
