Clashmore. A small hamlet overlooking Loch na Claise. The township was established in the 1870s by the Sutherland Estate as a model village when much emphasis was had into 'improving' barren land. This only lasted ten years or so when the crofters rebelled against the landlords and many cottages were burned.

Overall enjoyed our stay
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The pod was clean and tidy and had lots of facilities. Was a bit disappointed that there was no free standing bath in the pet friendly pod. We found the bed slightly firmer than preferred.

Das Haus ist leicht zu finden. Lt Anzeige (Expedia) wären 1 Doppelbett und 4 Einzelbetten verfügbar. Bei uns war der Raum mit dem Doppelbett verschlossen. Alle 4 Einzelbetten waren extrem schmall, die Matratzen waren aber in Ordnung. In der Küche funktionierte die Kaffeemaschine nicht mehr, mehrere ...
