「Our room booked for 4 people was only suitible for 2. The sofa bed was not made up, and there were no extra sheets to make it up ourselves. One person had to sleep on the sofa and 3 shared the king bed. We were not in the main building and there is no one on site for the seniors building where our room was located. 」
