The space
Listing under new management to better serve our guests! This single-level home has a split bedroom plan, creating a great space for couples, families, and friends alike!

Living Space: This area features a large, and very comfortable sectional with plenty of room for everyone. A flat screen TV centers the room. Netflix, WiFi, and Airport Express are provided for your convenience. There is also a large selection of DVDs.

The home is stocked with board games, puzzles and cards for hours of entertainment while you create memories that will last a lifetime!

By day, utilize the A/C system, offering year-round comfort. At night, warm up next to the gas fireplace for a cozy or romantic evening in!

Kitchen: With all the necessities of cooking from home, this kitchen is fully stocked. Complete with an oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and coffee maker. It has plenty of pots/pans, BBQ utensils, and your basic spices and oils. A dining room table creates the perfect space to enjoy a home-cooked meal.

**Note: An R.O. Water System is installed to provide refreshing, delicious, filtered water.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The spacious master bedroom features a king-sized bed and has its own sliding glass door out to the back deck. An ensuite bathroom includes a private walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub for a deeply relaxing experience.

Second Bedroom: This room features a queen-sized bed and comfortably accommodates two guests.

Third Bedroom: This room features a day bed with pull-out (twin mattresses) and is the perfect space for adults or kids!

Main Bathroom: Located between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and includes a shower/tub combo.

Deck: Access points from the kitchen and master bedroom make this a convenient space to relax and enjoy the backyard. Featuring a Weber charcoal BBQ and outdoor dining space for those blissful Arizona evenings.

Fire-pit: Relax and unwind, while roasting marshmallows or reminiscing about the day’s adventures at the outdoor fire-pit.

Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for guests. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

A fully functional washer and dryer are available.

The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked before each guest.

Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay (with the exception of the garage and two closets).

Other things to note
While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience!

Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional minimum $100 fine for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund.

If it is available, early check-in is a charge of $25/each additional hour. To ensure the property is ready for incoming guests, late check-out is not possible. We coordinate with the cleaners at the time of booking, so a late check-out resulting in their delayed start time will be charged to the guest at $25/hour (minimum of 1 hour).
