"I can’t say enough nice things about this property! My husband and I stayed 4 days with 3 other couples and had plenty of room to have meals together and not feel on top of each other. The house is immaculate, I couldn’t even find a speck of dust! Such a gorgeous home with nice furnishings, wonderfully comfortable beds with quality linens, thick fluffy towels, fully stocked kitchen for any type of cooking, and OMG that view! Sitting right on the water we had a blast playing in the lake, grilling outside on their huge Viking grill, kayaks, paddle boards, etc! If you needed it, they provided it! We even had a family of deer hanging out in the yard. We rented a pontoon from the marina just a minute up the road for the afternoon and that was so much fun, worth every penny! I’m so sad to leave but we will be back again, definitely! "

"This property is exceptional in evety way! The location is fantastic as you can easily go into town to get supplies and it is only a few housescaway from the only restsurant/marina on Hayden Lake. If you want to go to downtown Coeur d'alene, it's merely a 15 minute drive."

"My friends and I take a trip every year to a different city. We’ve been doing this trip for 15 years, and we all agreed that this was the nicest house we’ve stayed in so far. Absolutely beautiful property in a great neighborhood (friendly neighbors too). The view from the deck is incredible, that was definitely the thing that everyone loved the most. We spent a lot of time outside on that deck just enjoying the view. There is also a new hot tub that is top tier. I’ve literally never experienced a hot tub like that before, the massage jets are on another level. Overall the house is well equipped. Nice kitchen with plenty of clean dishes and glasses. Every single TV in the house is huge, and high end. I think the one in the living room is 85” which was amazing. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Note that the listed twin beds are actually futon chairs that fold down into a bed, but we made them work. In the basement, there is a nice pool table (with room to actually play) and a couple arcade games that we had some fun with. They have a bunch of different board games and puzzles too, lots of stuff to entertain. There is also a ton of parking if you need it, with a two car garage and a huge driveway. All in all, you really can’t beat this house. The location is great too, at the top of a hill in a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to everything you could want to do in Coeur d’Alene. We had an amazing trip!"

"Great for two families. We had a blast on the water and kids jumping off the high dive. Would definitely come back. We ate at "the porch" restaurant down the road and it was delicious. Highly recommend this area. "
