「The foam mattress pad was horrible. No air conditioning. Temperature was 72 degrees outside, upstairs room was quite warm. We opened windows. Windows did have screens. No elevator for 2nd floor rooms. There are restaurants but limited hotels.」

「We were scheduled to stay for two nites beginning 9/9/2026. However, upon entering the lobby, we were met with a very strong odor of mold/mildew, which continued down the hallways and into our rooms (2).
