「Gorgeous property, stunning views, beautiful room, super comfy, great coffee, no breakfast offered.」

「The young lady checking us in was nice. The room was clean. They need to come and spray for spiders . I killed over 5 tiny spiders while staying there. Even one in the bed! Bathroom was small to me.」

「Steve (the host) was a GEM! He was so accommodating when my partner and I were attending a wedding nearby (but were running late), and got us into our room quickly. The property was immaculate, cozy, and. the grounds were so well maintained (plus, the AC was frigid). We'd love to come back!」

「Under new ownership has the kitchen open to guests at all hours. NIce tho some guests cook and dont wash their dishes and no one on site to supervise it. I put way dishes from the staff baking muffins early in the day and wiped counters and tied up a full to the brim garbage can. I like the access to kitchen and common area but not if area is not monitored. Room was clean as usual and comfortable and well decorated. NO hot water for morning shower in upstairs room tho.」

「250 Main is a lovely hotel. Dog friendly, beautiful local art displayed, rooftop views, complimentary snacks at breakfast, and early evening. We also appreciated how the hotel supported local businesses, by not having in-house dining or amenities. I would recommend it for couples or families with small children.We did pay a high price for our room, and Expedia advertised the room to fit 2 adults, 3 teens and a dog (2 queens and a pullout). 「My friends and I stayed at the farm on our way from Bar harbor to Portland. We loved staying on Denise and Bruce’s farm and would recommend it to anyone! It is quiet and relaxing but close to restaurants and you can’t beat the hospitality. Loved our time so much.」
