There is no check-in counter, so you need to coordinate with the host beforehand. Otherwise, they will tell you to wait until they are ready, which might require you to go to the KFS and wait for 2 hours there.
The breakfast was nice, as relates to the food itself. However, there are 2 major drawbacks: the restaurant only opens at 9 am, which makes it impossible if you have any plans for the morning, like a tour or a business meeting. Also, the restaurant is full of smokers and there is only a very small and smoky "non-smoking" section.

"Really friendly staff. perfect location, centrally located between the fortress, St Sava church and the new waterfront area. Decor inside was a little older, but it was in line with the history of the building and the fame of the hotel. Loved this as a random find for our stay."
