"The property was as described. Initially, it was listed as an apartment, but we questioned that and that part of the listing was updated immediately. The house was clean when we checked in and was at a good location for the things we were wanting to do. It was a nice drive from the house to Eureka Springs. We also did some trout fishing and it was about a 10- minute drive to the different locations of where we were wanting to fish. We would consider staying in the house again on our next visit to the area."

"We had a relaxing time at this tiny house. It was pretty quiet with few people on the lake at this time. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed except shampoo. There are other cabins close by so it wasn't as private as we anticipated but only one cabin was occupied while we were there. The couch (?) was small and uncomfortable so it was difficult to relax inside at night before going to bed."

"Absolutely loved this property! Clean, cozy and stocked well. Snacks were left out on the kitchen table, which was very nice. Loved the porch swing and rockers in the front. So relaxing. Only wished there were little tables out there to sit your coffee/drink on. Having a washer/dryer was a plus for sure. Really loved that. The home was decorated beautifully with all the old rustic charm. I could have stayed here forever and not returned home lol. The only little things were the bathtub/shower was a little scary getting in and out of for us older people lol, and nowhere to put your shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razor etc; just a tiny basket thing that didn’t hold much. Water pressure is low. The bathroom was also pretty dark even with all the lights on. Very hard doing your makeup. There’s also no full length mirror anywhere. The internet is VERY spotty. I was never able to make a call or receive a call the entire time. Could be scary if one needed to call police or fire department. Texts were hit and miss. The tv worked most of the time but paused here and there throughout. But overall, this property is pretty fabulous. It’s away from people, quiet, cozy, stocked well, beautiful inside, great communication with owners and definitely somewhere I’d recommend to others and also come back myself. And oh, we got visited by a huge armadillo, chipmunks, squirrels and an owl. Don’t hesitate to book this place, it’s wonderful."

"House was very clean and neat with everything you would need. Plenty of beds and all kinds of games and things for the kids to do. The pool was great and the whole property felt like home. Great place!"
