"This was my third stay at Sam's town. The room is always clean and spacious. The staff is helpful and friendly. I love playing bingo which is offered seven times a day! The casino floor is exciting and clean. Lots of options for table games or slots. A good variety of food options along with a movie theater and bowling alley. The gift shop has beautiful items and stocked with items you may have forgotten. There is a cute, free laser water show. The swimming pool has adult only hours. I wish the pool was open until 11:00. There isnt a life guard so why does it close at 7:00 during the off season? The king size bed should come with 4 pillows, not 3. I chose this resort because it was close to my parent's house. However, i really enjoy its location and will stay here every trip i make. "

"The room was in pretty bad conditions. The carpet had so many gross stains on it and the entrance had a giant black sticky blob. The mirrors and bathroom were also dirty. There was only a thin sheet as a blanket. Very dingy inside."

"Our room was excellent. Clean,very comfortable, nice beds and quiet. Highly recommend the room."

"The staff during the day were very cool but the one at night was very rude & lazy. Our cards were not opening the doors, according to her that if you have the card near your phone, it gets demagnetized. OK understandable, but instead of taking the cards & running them through the machine like everyone else does, she told us that we had to wait til the morning & had us out there at 3am waiting for security to let us in. There was alot wrong with the room which I put in this review under rooms. The toilet wasn't working, so instead of giving me a plunger, she tells me that I had to wait til morning. Funny thing, I spoke to staff in the morning he told me that she could have fixed our cards & also give me a plunger. The area was kind of sketchy but thank God we didn't have any problems at with safety. The security that works at night was on top of his job & had a great personality. I've been to many Motel 6, this one was very disappointing. I want at least half of what I paid "

"If you are traveling with a big party/family, this is a great spot. Great parking situation, the street is quiet however, freeway noise is a thing. However if you’re use to white noise type noises than it should be fine. The space was clean, and had all amenities needed. There was clear communication with the host and they were very responsive. My only detail is the echo in the house. I recommend everyone go to sleep at the same time if you don’t wanna hear too many noises through the home."
