Summary: This beautiful home’s honey-stone exterior is quintessentially Cotswolds, but the interiors have been given a contemporary twist. Find historic charm and modern comfort at this two-bedroom cottage in Cirencester, 5-8 mins walk from the centre. Housed within a Grade II* listed building from 1775, find original features aplenty - from exposed stone walls to rustic beams and terracotta flagstone floors. Yet, stylish decor adds a touch of luxury. Paid on-street parking is found outside the cottage.
The Space: With inviting rooms, a courtyard garden and an abundance of charm, this cottage is the ideal setting for a country getaway. After long days out exploring, head to your cosy living room for an evening of peace and relaxation - settle in for the night with a glass of wine and a film on the Smart TV. Meanwhile, next door, the brand new kitchen, featuring marble countertops, a butler sink and coffee machine is a delight to rustle up delicious homecooked meals.
Upstairs, the cottage boasts two spacious bedrooms that sleep four. Both are as light, bright and homely as the other. The master has a super-king bed and the second bedroom with a king-size bed (both also have pull outs available on request - please see more info below). There’s also an added bonus of a desk for anyone planning to work remotely. Both share a lovely family bathroom with a shower and bath unit.
