「Gorgeous house with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Highly recommended. 」

「We have stayed at various properties for the last few years at Lower Mill Estate and many years previously at Cotswold water park and this was by far our favourite of them alll. The house had everything you could possibly need, was very clean (very important) and in a lovely spot with a fabulous outside space- if only the weather had not let us down! 「We had a wonderful stay in this delightful cottage overlooking the lake, with passing wildlife, plenty of sunshine, and beautiful views. Both balcony bedrooms shared the same outlook, making the mornings especially memorable. The house is very comfortable for up to 7 guests, with a large open-plan living area featuring a balcony, log fire, TV, big kitchen table, and a well-equipped kitchen. 「We stayed for a mid week break in June 2025's heatwave. It was lovely to be next to the lake in the heat. There were lakes where we could paddle to cool down and let the dog walk in (on lead). The property was properly dog friendly with throws on the settees expecting dogs to climb up and no area of the house out of bounds for the dog. There are many walks around the estate (which is a nature reserve) and also on the Thames path for the dog as well as the humans. The spa membership was...

「This is my second time in one of Orion Holidays properties. I visited with my son and three very young grandchildren. I love the views from the houses overlooking a pond or lake where there is lots of wildlife to observe. I like the green spaces between houses and it was very dog friendly when I brought my dog on the first visit. We had the indoor swimming pool included in our deal but unfortunately it was closed on the first day so we only managed to use it once. We went to the outdoor pool...

「Fabulous break with a large family group over two’s properties. The outlook was lovely and the sunrises spectacular over the lake. The house was equiped with everything you could need and the amenities around the site were ample, including pub/cafe/ outdoor pool/ play area. Would definitely return. The only downside was others taking your allocated parking space.」
