"The hotel staff, above everything else, was exceptional. The best part of our group's stay. We had thirty members of our group stay at Mirasole for a five-day reunion. It became our base of operations. Of course, there were unplanned changes in schedule and special requests, but in every instance the Mirasole staff response was above and beyond our expectations. From Daniela, the Manager, to Silvia and Federica at the reception desk, to Francesco and Rino and the wait staff, it was truly a team effort to help make our reunion a success. And it was. The catered dinner was especially well done. Thank you for your helping to make our "Return to Gaeta" something we will all long remember."

To make a long story short, the front desk manager listened and understood that there was a communication issue that led to us being overcharged. "The hotel was in the perfect location to the highway and to other small towns in the area. There was a wide variety of foods for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. We could have used a chair in the room rather than have to sit on the beds. The air conditioning was perfect!! We enjoyed our stay."

"While our room was very clean, it did have old mold on the shower. This hotel is older, but it probably used to be very grand. One of the things we loved was that it included our own reserved umbrella and beach lounges. It also had a balcony with a beautiful sunset view over the sea. We couldn't get really excited about the breakfast, either, but it was definitely adequate. The small town was quiet and sleepy, not a party place. It was very reasonably priced and a good value."
