「Great little place which is set up well. As mentioned in the description, the train is loud but easily got used to it and it was easy to sleep or relax during the day even when trains were going by. 」

「Washington Ave is convenient to access Delaware Ave. So as Broad St. to go around Philly. The place was just right size and clean. The parking spaces on 3rd floor to our room had a quiet distance. If there are roading space in 1st floor at the parking building, it would be convenience. 」

「I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. 」

「My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. Lastly, it is closer to many attractions around...
