「My room was spotless ,staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, bed was a dream,meals were perfection,breakfast was of the highest quality,it was christmas party time so extremely busy but that did not take away from the service of staff ,well done to all the staff amazing」

「Cleanliness was tops. Distance to Heathrow and ease of shuttle to the airport were great, but we expected it to be free. When we called to book, and ask about a shuttle, we found out it was available, but no one mentioned a per person fee....we had spent all our pounds so we wouldn't take any home to the states, and the driver didn't have change for a 20pound note, so we had to use a debit card. Minor annoyance, but...」

「Friendly staff, clean well presented. One room faces a busy roundabout with only an ill fitting sash window to reduce the noise . So noisy traffic can be heard. 」

「Check in was simple and easy thanks to the WhatsApp photos/instructions sent through. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was also very warm which was a nice luxury, I had to turn the radiator down (but I'm used to living in a house without heating). The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Tea kettle station was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel. Overall a very comfortable stay while I visited family over the weekend leading up to Christmas.」

The bar and restaurant were tastefully decorated and the lighting and roaring woodburners made for a cosy experience. Will gladly sstay again when passing through the area. 」
