Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast bar area was quite compact, and frustrating at times for guests serving themselves. Shuttle service to and from airport limited; and instructions to access that service are vague.

I love this hotel. Very quaint and historic! Very quiet. Nice room and comfy beds! I love the body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. Most front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Only one staff member kind of put me off. I asked what was probably a silly question and by her silent reaction I felt really awkward. I had called down to the front desk to ask for the wifi code. She just said "it's on your room card". Then said nothing more. I wasn't sure if she was still there so I just hung up. This was a minor customer service disappointment....everything else was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.
