Welcome to Green Destiny! Freshly renovated & furnished by professional designers in mid-century style, this unique and luxurious space offers all the amenities of a short-term rental. Conveniently located within a short driving distance of Cincinnati & Kentucky attractions, it’s the perfect destination for your stay.
The house spans three levels & includes: Driveway with parking, 4-bedrooms , workspace & reading area, Hot tub, Pool, Laundry & game room, living & dining room, grill , fire pit
The space
Designed in mid-century style by professional designers, the house spans three levels and includes:
• A driveway with parking for up to 4 cars
• 4 bedrooms with sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests
• A workspace and a cozy reading nook
• Outdoor Jacuzzi (available in September - May)
• Pool (available in June - September )
• Laundry room and game room
• A full bathroom on each level
• Spacious living and dining areas
• Fully equipped kitchens for your convenience

The outdoor area features:
• A grill station
• A relaxing lounge
• A fire pit area
• An outdoor dining space in a fenced, private backyard

Location:
Green Destiny is located in Ludlow, KY, near the Ohio River, in a quiet and friendly upscale neighborhood.
• 6 minutes to Cincinnati stadiums
• 7 minutes to downtown Cincinnati
• 9 minutes to Newport Aquarium
• 10 minutes to Cincinnati Museum
• 15 minutes to Cincinnati Zoo

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property. The access to inside is through digital lock for which the guests will receive their unique codes for during their stay.
Other things to note
Rules:
• Parties: No parties or large gatherings allowed.
• Quiet time: Quiet time after 10 pm, this is in a dense residential pocket and guests shall not disturb neighbors.
• Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to insurance restrictions.
• Security: Security cameras are installed around the perimeter, and the number of guests will be monitored.
• Smoking: This is a smoke-free house. Smoking is only allowed outside.
• Safety: Guests are responsible for their own safety when using the hot tub and pool. Please follow the rules provided next to each facility.
