The house has a large living and dining area with a generous dining table and a fireplace where you can make a cosy fire. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster.



Further equipment includes WiFi, TV and an additional TV room, fondue set and raclette set. In the basement, there is a washing machine and dryer.



The mountain railways of Churwalden, with direct access to the ski, hiking and bike paradise Lenzerheide/Arosa and the Pradaschier toboggan run, can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, by bike and car in 5 minutes.



A parking space is available directly at the house, and additional vehicles can be parked in the public parking lots in the town.
