Waves & Wellness is a beachfront apartment on Marine Parade, Christchurch. Located directly opposite the beach with shared access to a spa pool, plunge pool, and sauna.
One dedicated carpark with EV charger is included with the property. The apartment is accessed via an electronic keypad — no keys needed.
Once inside, the apartment is on one level and easy to navigate. The full kitchen includes a coffee machine, pull-down table for extra bench space, and all essentials for self-catering.
There is a beautiful sunroom with dining table and comfy chairs to sit in the sun and admire the view.
The bathroom features a full shower, and a bidet toilet for added comfort. Living area has a smart TV, sofa and a dedicated work-from-home station with desk, chair, and monitor.
The gorgeous bedroom has ample storage including drawers, so unpacking for longer stays is easy.
A washer/dryer combo is located within the apartment for use during your stay.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
