This boutique, unique, new Townhouse has a style all of its own. Located within the four main avenues of Christchurch, with all amenities of the Garden City at your door.



Reach out from the comfort of your balcony and you can almost touch the Te Kaha stadium. Enjoy the outdoor courtyard for evenings in the sun and listen to the local live music entertainment.



Modern, trendy and carefully considered interior design will make your stay memorable.  This entire unit is all yours for business trips, special occasions or just an inner-city break.

Car parking is not provided as an inclusion with this booking. However, street parking is available, and parking can be found on local streets around the area.



Please consider this town house is located within the central city and expectation of noise from local venues, bars and restaurants are to be be afforded



Enter Unit 7 by the smart keypad code sent with your booking information prior. You will step into a cute hallway with mirror to check your appearance day and night so you look as sleek as this townhouse.



We do not live in the property this is our holiday home.



Located on the lower floor from an adjoining door in the hallway is a carefully designed bedroom with large wardrobe space. The ensuite bathroom will provide you with specially selected Shampoo, body wash, conditioner and soap. We want you to feel refreshed and exhilarated.



Step out into the garden courtyard and be treated to live music from the neighboring venue.



Situated on Level 1 is a carefully design bedroom with large wardrobe and space to settle into. Magazines for you to browse are available for your here. Your bathroom is right next door and is cute with specially chosen invigorating products for you to enjoy.



The laundry area is also featured on level one with a fully integrated sink and washing machine located inside a discreet full wall cupboard



The attic features a light airy living space with special design areas featuring dining, Smart TV nook with games available to use for your enjoyment. The kitchen has everything you require to cook a full meal. High quality appliances are all installed Panasonic cooker, dishwasher and hob top. Condiments are also supplied. Please check you may be surprised what we have available for you before you go shopping.

Great cafes near by and a short walk to CBD.We loved the extra touch of a Christmas tree in the lounge in December. The stairs are quite steep so if mobility an issue, consider this.
