I have traveled throughout the world and it was so simple to stay at this property. From notifications and check in to checking out. it was easy and in the perfect location to be near where my son was getting married. Thank you for an amazing place. We will be back :)
Location was great being near the centre of Christchurch which gave good options for exploring on foot as well as by car.
The property is quiet and is true to its advertised description.
One suggestion for improvement would be to install extractor fans in the bathroom and toilet.
We would have no hesitation recommending the property to others.
Anyone looking for a place to stay in Christchurch won’t go wrong here. The house is very comfortable and perfectly kitted out, and the garden is really nice and relaxing. It’s also in a very good location. The hosts were great about keeping in touch and accommodating, and the check-in/check-out process was easy. We would definitely stay there again. The only other thing I will share is that the mattresses are quite firm, to the point where you might have issues if you have a sensitive back (as I do). Otherwise everything is perfect.
Overall property was well situated, perfect for myself and friend. As we came in separate vehicles, parking was tight but manageable. Beds were very nice to sleep in, electric blanket a bonus as it was cooler night time weather.
The only problem was the handbasin in bathroom, extremely slow to drain, couldn't run the tap to hot or even warm without several stop starts to drain... and cleaning teeth a mission for same reason. First world problems! Owner maybe not aware of drainage problem? Few cobwebs too, not major but maybe draw cleaners attention to them? We enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit, and loved the lounge furniture, would stay again.
