「Very nice stay and decent staff」

「This is an excellent property in all the ways. The place I really calming and the food options are great. The staff is super friendly and great service overall. We have stayed in lot of places across the world and will highly recommend this. 」

「Great location, just a short taxi ride to Old City. Room was sparkling clean and well equipped. Rooftop pool was clean (pigeon poop on the deck surrounding, but pool itself was clean) and refreshing and I had it entirely to myself 8-9am on a Saturday. Unfortunately it closes at 7pm and we were not told this upon checkin so we tried to go swimming after arriving at 9 and were told we could not by the staff of the Terrace restaurant. 「到着後すぐ、お庭でウェルカムドリンクをいただき、優雅な気分を味わうことができました。スタッフさんもとても気さくで、食事の度に楽しくお話ができました。また、お城（ホテル）の中をくまなく案内してもらい、マハラジャ気分も味わうことができました！ 普通のホテルとは違う異空間の滞在は、とてもいい経験でした！」

「ホテルは施設もお部屋もとても綺麗で満足です。ただ部屋のバスタブを利用したのですが、寒い時期と言うこともあるのでしょうが、お湯の温度が低かったため、十分に体を温めることが出来ませんでした。それから一番の問題は、Hotels.comの予約では夕食付きとなっていましたが、ホテルの説明では朝食しか付いていないと言うことで夕食は提供されませんでした。各部屋毎に担当者が付くのですが、上記の件を予約表を見せて説明しましたが、ホテル内で確認したが付いていないとの一点張りで説明後、早々にどこかへ行ってしまいました。その後に彼女に再び会うことはありませんでした。因みに朝食のパンはバラエティ豊富でとても美味しかったしスタッフの方もとても親切でした。」
