Ideal for families or groups, Baan Kaja offers a peaceful retreat just moments from the beach, combining privacy, comfort, and easy access to Phuket’s vibrant coastal life.
Our private gated villa offers a serene escape with a large swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens, a sun terrace, and a lounge area for relaxation. Perfectly positioned between Bang Tao Beach and Surin Beach, you’re just a short 10-15 minute walk from the ocean, where you can explore local shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Step outside to your own outdoor oasis, where the pool invites you for a refreshing dip, and the shaded patio with a barbecue sets the scene for delightful meals. Inside, the villa blends comfort and convenience with a modern Western-style kitchen equipped with burners, an electric kettle, rice cooker, and oven.
Three bedrooms (one en-suite, plus two sharing a bathroom) offer comfortable stays, with the master bedroom opening to a private balcony. An extra sofa bed in the laundry room accommodates an additional guest.
Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the rate, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Please close windows and doors when using the AC, and turn off lights and the AC when you're leaving.
Cleaning service during your stay is not included in the price but can be arranged for an extra fee.
Late check-in is available free of charge upon request.

    Baan Kaja Villa

    The place is just what it looks like in the description, and the location is excellent. Just a 10 to 25 minutes walk to two beautiful beaches and several great restaurants. There were a few minor issues with the AC and clothes washer, and the manager was very responsive. We had a great time there and would stay in this villa again.
