The host, Paulo & his family run a beautiful, historic (yet modern) boutique full-service hotel experience. Room & bathroom are incredibly well appointed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We just can't say enough great things about & if we ever get the privilege of returning to the region, we will stay here again without hesitation! Grazie mille Paulo! 」

Excellent service from very restricted staff - chef Marco and factotum Monia. Nice comfort room. Easy access to Sarteano and Citta della Pieve as well as autostrada.」

「Great accommodation & excellent position for walking to old town and restaurants. The lake was a short stroll away. The manager, Stefano, was excellent with helpful ideas for trips in the area. Breakfast with Gluten Free availability was perfect.」

「Ho scelto l'albergo essendo vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada, per spezzare un lungo viaggio. Le recensioni degli altri, lette nel dovuto modo, sono state utili per la scelta. L'albergo è facilissimo da raggiungere. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è spaziosa, con ampia vista, pulita, in ordine, con impianto TV e condizionatore funzionanti. 「Very good location. Very clean. Nearby free parking. Breakfast was just okay. Too much unnecessary clutter and perfumery airfreshner smell in room in my opioion. Seemed totally unnecessary as rooms were spotlessly clean. Luggage rack in room would be helpful. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Stunning property nestled in the rolling hills and vineyards near Montepulciano. Gorgeous villas with amazing amenities, beautiful infinity pool and hot tubs/spa. Excellent customer service balanced with privacy and quiet. Less than 5 minute drive to Montepulciano - highly recommend!!」

「Upstairs neighbors had kids and were noisy. I think to make this perfect, guests with young kids should be kept in the lower levels! The pool was great but the water was rather cold!」
