「Quarto estava imundo! Banheiro usado com marcas, no banheiro tinha uns baldes para banho, estava todo sujo, jogo de cama sujo, ar condicionado nao funcionava… cheguei estava todo mundo dormindo no sofa da recepção… a noite toda houve uma gritaria no corredor… nao me senti seguro, alguns momentos fiquei com medo」

「I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. 「Property is in an incredible location. Only a ten minute walk to the Taj Mahal and only minutes to really nice cafes and restaurants. Staff were very friendly, calm and professional. Roof top has a view of the Taj Mahal and is a nice little spot to sit and unwind. Room was incredibly clean, well presented and the amenities were fantastic. It’s been the best shower...

「Awesome」
