「We stayed at Porta hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. Always when we stay there, we are very impressed because of the excellent and professional service. For example, a waitress told me my reservation included breakfast just for 2 adults when we went to the restaurant to have breakfast, but it was wrong because i had booked it with 3 breakfast so I told her about it and they didn't charge any extra. 「グアテマラ初旅行で、安全面を心配していましたが、夜でも比較的安全な印象でした。小さな町に感じのいいカフェやレストランがたくさんあります。ホテルの位置は、町の中心からすこし離れてはいますが、数ブロックなので歩ける距離です。スタッフは感じのいい人達です。ただ、私たちの泊まった部屋はベットの周辺にスペースがわずかあるだけで、息苦しくて狭い、という印象が否めません。５月に入ってシーズンオフだったせいもありますが、町の中心部にもっと広くて快適でリーズナブルなホテルがいろいろあったので、価格に見合ってないと思いました。」

「Wonderful stay with my parents. Staff was friendly and helpful- moved my parents to a larger downstairs room on request. Very safe. Central location -Walkable to all of Antigua’s sights. No restaurant on site but 24/7 coffee/tea was much appreciated. Too cold to use the pool (we don’t see anyone else use it either) rooms are noisy from the loud bar next door but that’s the only downside. Recommended. 」
