「This was the perfect place for us to be near the Torres del Paine park - clean, friendly, and affordable. The staff was terrific, offering assistance and a clean environment. We took a chance staying in the "domos" which was like a Hobbit House. Super cute, clean, and well appointed in a tiny house way, including comfy twins, shower and toilet. All staff members are attentive, genuinely helpful, and proactive in solving problems. Every staff member seems happy and truly welcoming, making you feel appreciated as a guest on vacation. You can also book a penguin tour directly through the hotel at a very reasonable price.」

「Wonderful location in the middle of Punta Arenas. Beautiful hotel. Spotless and very well maintained. The concierge and staff were excellent. We stayed for the buffet dinner and absolutely loved it. Large selection of healthy options and desserts too! This is the place to stay if you're staying in Punta Arenas. Will most certainly return next time I passing through this part of wonderful Chile.」
