「15-min walk to the main terminal for buses to ski slopes. Accommodation was a bit dated. Comfortable but nothing special. The toilet smelled bad no matter how many times we cleaned it. There was sufficient space for 3 large adults; would have been tight for 4 and too cramped for 5. Friendly staff who were more than happy to transfer us to/from the station and willing to help and provide information. Overall average accommodation.」

「I love this chalet in good size, perfect fit for 6 people, however, if there is one more shower room, will be even better. Bedding, sofa, floor, toilet are all perfect clean。 👍👍👍」

「チェックインの際も、部屋の隅々まで案内いただき、安心して宿泊することができました。電子レンジ、IH、トースターなど機器も充実していたため、調理に困ることもありませんでした。バスルームやトイレ、ベッドルーム（シーツ．枕）も、とても清潔感がありました。床暖房があり、冬でも暖かくてウィンターシーズンにまた、利用したいと思いました！」

「20代前半の娘ちゃん２人を連れての４人での宿泊でした。部屋に入ってから大喜びして、ハイテンションでした！広いし、綺麗だし、若い子が好きそうなデザインでとても良かったです。床暖房もあり、夜は助かりました。キッチンも広いし、なんでも揃っているから文句なしです。ホテルと違ってホントにゆっくりくつろげて、みんな大満足でした。もー次からは白馬に来たら他には泊まれないくらいの満足度です」

「新しくとてもキレイで、環境も良く使いやすかったです。1階にダブルルームとツインルーム、2階にダブルルーム。シャワー、トイレも1階と2階の両方にあり便利でした。エアコンはないですが、扇風機と涼風機は各部屋にありました。キッチン用品も必要最低限はあり、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、トースター、コーヒーポット等揃っていて、炊飯器もあったので助かりました。キッチンペーパー、ラップ、ホイル、食洗機と洗濯機の洗剤や、蚊取り線香、BBQセット等あって、気が利いてます！！ただ、和食器がなかったのが残念。ごはん茶碗とお碗がなかったことだけが不便でした。。。それ以外は満点の素晴らしい施設です！」

"The building is very old, but you can feel the effort put into keeping it clean and tidy. The staff provided polite and attentive service without being overbearing. Above all, the hot spring is wonderful. The bath on the first floor was too hot for me, so I used the one on the fifth floor instead, and enjoyed a refreshing soak in the morning. The quality of the water is undoubtedly among the best in Japan. This place is not for those expecting the hospitality of a luxury hotel or clean, brand-new facilities. It’s perfect for those who want to enjoy a rustic, unpretentious ryokan with an excellent hot spring. There are no breakfast spots nearby, so if you’re staying without meals, I recommend the soba shop inside Togura Station."
