"I don't want to leave a positive review because I want to keep this hotel a secret! This was my third stay, and I still can't find any faults with this place. The room is always immaculately clean and well soundproofed. The only downside is that the area is not particularly nice, with some red-light district areas on the street. Just avoid walking at ground level. As long as you use the first-floor walkway from the station/shopping complex you won't see them much."

"Staff is always accommodating and helpful. Personally we love the location of the hotel, appreciate the availability of the washer/dryer. Easy check in / check out process, the only downside is only one elevator available for all the customers. We will definitely stay at this hotel if we come to Yokohama again."

"The property was close to transportation and the activities around Yokohama! About 15 min walk to the Red Brick House or Chinatown! The room was clean and great design where the output of air don’t hit one on the face during sleep is a plus. Break buffet looks great but we didn’t have time to try"
